Transitional blue and white saucer dish made during the reign of Shunzhi. Painted to the centre with a mountainous river landscape with pagodas and a scholar on a promontory. Excellent colour and subject matter.



There is still evidence of a little heaping and piling in the darkening of the blue.

Two character mark to the base which translates as Abundant Jade
