Qianlong Meissen Style Famille Rose Plate
Chinese 18th century c1760 Famille rose plate painted in the Meissen style for export to Europe. Made during the reign of the Emperor Qianlong at the kilns at Jingdezhen.
The centre is painted with a shaped panel to show three figures, one riding, one carrying a spear and a third with a cross bow representing a hunting scene in front of a large country house.
The Side has a gilt dagger styled border and the cavetto is painted with swags of flowers, feathers and foliage
