Transitional vase / Jar made during the reign of the Emperor Shunzhi 1644-1661 at the kilns at Jingdezhen. Shunzhi being the first of the Qing Emperors.
Painted in one of the more unusual designs of hollow rock, tree peonies other flowers and birds. The slightly flared neck painted with Chrysanthemums and scrolling foliage.
It is an impressive vase and was not an easy shape or size to pot.
31cm Tall , The diameter ot the mouth rim is 14cm and the girth 79cm
Slight wear to some of the orange but that is often the case
