Ming antique chinese blue and white porcelain saucer plate. Underglaze blue painting in panels of shaped roundels. To the centreit is painted with a shaped panel to show an daquatic scene with ducks and associated water plants with rockwork. The roundels to the edge show auspicious emblems. Made at the kilns at Jingdezhen. very attractive plate andwith excellent colour and subject matter

There has been a hole drilled to th efoot rim at the back difficult to tell if it was done at the time of production or afterwards. it looks as though it was done when it was made
