Blue and white porcelain Ming Jar made during the reign of the Emperor Wanlis reign. excellent decoration painted with a continuous scene of boys playing and relaxing. One part showing a group of five boys watching a bird in a cage, another playing chess, others are reading a scroll. the shoulder is painted with ruyi shaped panels in a geometric ground.
underneath on the base there is the mark of the Hare
