Chinese Ming Blue and White pair of garlic necked bottle vases. Slightly moulded body where the narrow band is lightly indented down the main body.

Painted I panels with painting of jardinières. or tied scroll case with ribbons of perched bird. the neck is painted above a band of ruyi headed shaped clouds of a stylized line of dots. The garlic neck is painted as petal of lotus bud.

Originally made probably for the Dutch market and carried as cargo by The Dutch East India company

Excellent colour and example of this type and great to have a pair.
