Chinese blue and white early 18th century miniature tea bowl and saucer with the finest of porcelain and potting. Made at the kilns of Jingdezhen for export to Europe. It was made around the end of the Emperor Kangxis reign and the start of the Emperor Yongzhengs reign Very finely painted with the pattern often referred to as the Cuckoo in the House

It is very rare to find such a well painted finely potted miniature tea bowl and saucer so well preserved especially with such an uncommon pattern as this.



The painting and potting is of the highest quality with excellent detail.

the shell has the conch shell mark to the base.
