Chinese famille verte early 18th century moulded saucer. Excellent painting and moulding with very bright enamels in fine condition.
Painting to the centre shows a pair of birds with tree peonies and insects. The border is very unusual with birds peonies and rockwork along with a pair of wonderful phoenix.

The moulding is fluted and only on the sides and the rim
The underside of the saucer is painted with flower heads. A double circle is around a stylized grass and flower.
