Kangxi - early 18th Century Chinese - Porcelain slender vases based on the Dutch delft style in shape and decoration.

Painted in bands using pencil painting to show feathered foliage or even peacock feathers separated by a painted hatched band

pencil painting gets its name from the appearance of being drawn rather than painted and was a copy of the style of printing pictures in books.

Both are well potted with excellent colour and although have always been together there is a slight discrepancy in height and obviously colour.
