Chinese 18th century blue and plate export porcelain plate made during the reign of the Emperor Kangxi at Jingdezhen. The body is lightly fluted around the sides and painted with scrolling lotus, stylised ruyi heads and various emblems associated with Daoism
The centre is an unusual painting of a fisherman and a bodyguard all on a bank above a sampan moored below. the figures are underneath a pine tree with clouds and the sun above
The underside is painted with tulips and to the base a double circle around a six character mark
