Chinese early 18th century blue and white moulded porcelain vases. Made during the reign of the Emperor Kangxi c1710. Pear shaped bottle vases with an elegant garlic neck. The body is slighted fluted and overall a difficult shape to make well.

painted to the body with flowering tree peonies issuing from rockwork with grasses to the base. wonderful birds flying and roosting around the flowers and a grasshopper or cricket on the ground.

Flowers to the garlic neck and to the top of the neck.

excellent pieces that were made for export to Europe.
