Qianlong c1760 blue and white porcelain octagonal export ware porcelain plate. Gadrooned edge to the plate based on the silver shapes of the mid 18th century. The flat base would also indicate that it is copying a silver design.

The painting shows figures in a garden setting with pyramid fence, pine trees and bamboo with rockwork.

The design looks like a European porcelain design maybe it is copying Bow or one of the early European porcelain factories.

The cavetto is painted with foliage and lotus seed heads

A very rare plate.
